Social & Event Planning Ministry

Social & Event Planning Ministry began in November 2015 with a total of eleven members.

To date, we have seen that number grow to fifteen. Our Ministry’s goal is to ensure that the life of the Parish reflects the mission of Jesus. With this in mind, we provide the opportunity for our parishioners to gather together in spiritual fellowship to strengthen their growth in their faith and community. In order to make this possible, we plan fundraising and social events for the parish. These events have become an integral part of the community life in our parish as they provide opportunities for our parishioners to celebrate their faith as they commune with one another. Some of the parish events that our ministry is responsible to facilitate annually are our Parish Mardi Gras before Ash Wednesday, our Patronal Feast Celebration in March and our Fellowship Hour after the Christmas Eve Vigil Holy Mass.
